DIESEL POWERED CARS REACHED MAXIMUM

Some institut in Germany said that the maximum of sold cars is reached
in 2007 and will in next years fall.
some numbers (for Germany)
-1995 - 14,6% sold cars are diesels
-2007 - 47,7% sold cars are diesels
they think of a scenario:
-2020 - 30% sold cars are diesels

Now the diesel price reached or even overtook the petrol.
And the new petrol engines are very good and then there
is hybrid.

AUDI HAS A NEW V6 TFSI 3.0

The new V6 TFSI will have:
-3.0L (old 3.2L)
-290 HP
-possible (later time)330HP
-needs 1 liter les fuel than old one
-420 Nm at 2.500/min

First in the facelifted Audi A6, than all from A4 up, will get it.

MERCEDES WITH A NEW 1.6l ENGINE

Mercedes wil present a new 1.6L petrol engine.
Downsizing is a new cool thing, so the engine
will have around 150 hp and a torque at small rpm.
It will be availablle for C and CLC class, later
also A and B class.
