Some non-japanese Carmakers said they will not come,
so if Nissan,Honda or Toyota say they will not be there,
then the Tokyo show is off.

TOKYO MOTOR SHOW 2009 - to be or not to be!
There is a big ? for this Year Tokyo Motor Show!
