Because of a somewhat depressed auto market the 2009 Shanghai Motor Showoffered few surprises, but one bright spot was the hybrid concept vehicle unveiled by Chinese manufacturer Chang'An.
Dubbed the E301, the concept vehicle looks like a cross between a next-gen mini-SUV and an updated Delorean DMC-12 (aka the Back To The Future car) due to its futurist gull-wing doors. The car is billed as an electric vehicle, and while it looks contemporary enough to roll off the assembly line into real cities no release date has been announced. Check out more views of the E301 after the jump.
